Rates & Insurance


Rates are not currently public. They are presented to each client on a case by case basis.

I accept PayPal, e-check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You will be invoiced through PayPal professional invoicing.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

Coaching Agreement

Hi there! Below is some important information that establishes overall program guidelines that help ensure a healthy, positive, impactful experience for all clientele. Your protection and care is among my top priority, next to your success, so it’s really important to maintain a healthy community full of synergy and positive collective energy.


Overall Expectations
You’re expected to show up on time for each session, and maintain your session booking schedule on a digital calendar that you check frequently. Reminders are not guaranteed. We should respect each other’s time as sacred.

You’re expected to be coach-able; willing to answer questions, have your limiting viewpoints challenged, and have a commitment to yourself to grow and meet your goals. You’ll have action steps between each session where you’ll be held accountable for completion. If you go 3 sessions without taking any action, you may be permanently terminated from the program as this would exhibit a lack of commitment to make positive changes.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the session, else a no-show fee will be charged at the same rate as your normal session.

3 no-shows without proper cancellation will result in permanent program termination.

If you have a true emergency (hospitalization, death in the family, natural disaster), then you will not be charged a no-show fee.

If I fail to show up due to an emergency (as defined above) where I could not notify you 24 hours in advance, your next session is free.

For virtual clients, if I have a technical failure on my end (internet crash or phone failure) at the time of your online session, your session will be rescheduled and your next session is free.

Payment and Invoicing
You’ll receive an invoice prior to your scheduled session which must be paid up front before the session can occur. It will be a digital invoice through PayPal Professional that accommodates nearly any type of payment.

Both coach and client will maintain high levels of integrity and respect during and away from sessions. Angry outbursts, threats, or other harmful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate program termination, even if that termination occurs mid-session. The Coaching Dojo strives to maintain a safe space for all clientele.


The information you share with me will be kept confidential, unless it should become evident that confidentiality poses a danger to my personal safety. Your client records will be stored on my Google drive and will be shared only with you.
